ScandiNova's 16th Users Meeting

We are pleased to welcome you to ScandiNova’s 16th Users Meeting, which will be held at Elite Academia in Uppsala, Sweden – right next to our headquarters and production facilities.

As always, the event will feature inspiring user presentations from a wide range of application areas, product updates, and company news – along with valuable opportunities for discussions and networking.

We warmly invite all our users to join us for this event. Our goal is to deliver a content-rich and highly rewarding experience, offering opportunities to deepen your knowledge of our products, exchange valuable insights, and connect with others in the ScandiNova community.

The event begins with a welcome reception on Wednesday evening, and the conference program starts on Thursday at 09.00.

12-13 May - Onsite Training at ScandiNova Headquarters

Being on-site in Uppsala offers a unique opportunity for hands-on training and product demonstrations at our headquarters. We will provide a program with parallel sessions, including topics such as troubleshooting, FRU replacements, control system, and product demonstrations.

Our on-site training starts already 12 May, afternoon (see Agenda).

All participants are free to sign up for the full program or selected sections/days. The conference is free of charge, but all guests are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

News – The agenda includes a visit to Skandionkliniken

We are pleased to announce that all participants will have a unique opportunity to visit Skandionkliniken in Uppsala – Sweden's national center for proton beam therapy for cancer and other tumour diseases. The visit will take place on Friday, 15 May, just before the closing dinner. Don't miss this chance to see cutting-edge radiotherapy technology in person.
